Update Patch 0.1.1 - QoL improvements and minor bug fixes


Hello everyone!

Here comes patch 0.1.1, which includes a series of QoL improvements and a few minor bug fixes:

  • Red flashes (when you're hit) and yellow flashes (when leveling up) could get stuck at the end of a round. This has now been fixed.

  • There was an internal Unity 'null' error that caused the info panel to appear empty when hovering over resources.

  • The info panel now waits 0.5 seconds before showing up after buying or repositioning a unit, to avoid it appearing instantly (which felt a bit strange).

  • A particle and text animation has been added when leveling up.

  • The white resource placeholders are now hidden when combat starts (which looks much better aesthetically).

I hope you enjoy this small patch! As I mentioned in the previous post, the upcoming 0.2.0 patch will introduce unit type effectiveness (e.g., riders being more effective against archers), and two new unit types: flying units and passive damage dealers.
